Who is Dissing the Dispatch? Jennifer Jensen.
During a recent trial in Ada County, while Jensen was testifying under oath, she was asked,
“What is the Idaho Dispatch?”Advertisement
Jensen’s response was,
“It is an organization that pretends to be a news organization.”
A quick search of the definition of a news organization returns this:
“A news organization is an entity that collects and disseminates information to the public.”
The Idaho Dispatch is most certainly a news organization.
Jensen graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 2008. She graduated from University of Idaho school of law in 2013. She briefly served as a deputy attorney general handling criminal appeals in the Idaho Attorney General’s Office. She is currently employed by Holland and Hart Law firm.
You can find her bio here. It describes her responsibilities,
“In her litigation practice, Jenn has significant experience in complex commercial disputes, class certification, and other class- and collective-action issues. In her appellate practice, Jenn assists clients with state and federal appeals.”
