During a recent trial in Ada County, while Jensen was testifying under oath, she was asked,
“What is the Idaho Dispatch?”

Jensen’s response was,
“It is an organization that pretends to be a news organization.”
A quick search of the definition of a news organization returns this:
“A news organization is an entity that collects and disseminates information to the public.”
The Idaho Dispatch is most certainly a news organization.
Jensen graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 2008. She graduated from University of Idaho school of law in 2013. She briefly served as a deputy attorney general handling criminal appeals in the Idaho Attorney General’s Office. She is currently employed by Holland and Hart Law firm.

What is Jennifer Jensen’s motive for labeling Idaho Dispatch as pretending to be a news organization under oath?

Perhaps the question to be asked here is who asked her this question, and what was the purpose of the asking? It sounds, without knowing the context of the trial, that the attorney doing the asking this had/has a very real agenda. And posed the question knowing full well that this liberal university-educated person would answer in a manner that would facilitate their goal of discrediting a news agency that they dislike for reporting facts, not fiction slanted to the left.
I know little to nothing about the attorney asking or answering but it certainly appears to be one corrupt shark equipping another corrupt shark to accomplish nefarious motives.
Furthermore, I applaud the Idaho Dispatch for continuing in their ongoing effort(s) to report unbiased news to the chagrin of the liberal masses that despise truth in whatever form.

How lost and unaware you are to think this tabloid approaches anything near unbiased.

I’m in Arizona. I subscribe to the Dispatch because I get more valuable reporting from Idaho than most “reporting entities” in this state. Keep doing what you’re doing, Dispatch!

I think that exchange was during the St. Lukes vs Ammon/Diego civil court case. That case also included anyone associated with these guys as defendants also, as I remember. This included People’s Rights. I’m not sure if it referenced any others. But basically anyone in the Liberty movement is fair game to these evil people. They were trying to discredit Idaho Dispatch probably for an article that exposed the corruption at CPS, H&W, St. Lukes, Family Court, and Holland and Hart. The Truth will eventually set us all free!! Thank you to Idaho Dispatch for reporting Truth!!

Okay, snowflake. When all of the content published by a website conforms to one’s world views to a tee, it may be time to become a bit skeptical of the claims of being unbiased.
