Eagle, Idaho. – United States Senate candidate Scott “Oh” Cleveland announces his bid for the United States Senate seat currently held by longtime senator Mike Crapo. Cleveland has worked and lived in the area since 2006 and has a wide base of supporters. Candidate Cleveland has filed his Federal Election Commission forms as an unaffiliated candidate. The 1st time political candidate has taken the novel approach to brand his candidacy as “Independent Republican”.
“The career politicians in Washington D.C., including Mike Crapo, no longer serve the best interests of everyday average Americans and must be replaced,” said Cleveland. The lifelong conservative went on to ask “Why is Mike Crapo supporting spending bills with Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi?” referring to this summer’s vote on the 1.25 trillion dollars spending bill supported by Crapo.
Cleveland is also supportive of President Donald Trump’s America first policy and term limits for members of congress.
“America is still great, but off track,” said Cleveland. The only solution is to elect competent, non-career seeking new leaders at the 2022 midterm elections and beyond.
Scott “Oh” Cleveland has worked in the financial services industry over the last 30 years. He is very active in the community and local politics.
