The following Press Release was sent to Idaho Dispatch from the group “Right to Life” about their annual “March for Life” event:
The Boise March for Life takes place every January on the weekend anniversary of Roe v Wade to commemorate the over 50 million unborn children that have been lost since the infamous Supreme Court ruling.
The March and rally that follows are a celebration of life and demonstration in the belief that all life is sacred.
On Saturday, January 23, 2021, Right to Life of Idaho will host the 48th Annual Boise March for Life!! In lieu of COVID, we recommend participants wear face masks and observe social distancing.
There will be live music and testimonies of hope and courage.
Pascal Rudahindwa was a Congolese refugee in Uganda for 10 years before he was able to come to the United States. He will share his powerful story of his struggle against adversity and how his faith helped him to overcome. It is the story of life, the human struggle, and evidence of the power of hope.
The Boise March for Life will leave the Gene Harris Bandshell at Julia Davis Park (150 N Capitol Blvd. Boise, ID) at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 23, 2021, and arrive at the steps of the Idaho State Capitol building (700 W Jefferson St. Boise, ID) for a rally for life.
Come stand with us on Saturday the 23rd, and please, help us get the word out for the 2021 Boise March for Life!
