Lt. Joey Hoadley to Plead ‘Not Guilty’ to Both Felony Charges
By Greg Pruett • April 18, 2022According to Hoadley’s attorney, Charles Peterson, Caldwell Lt. Joey Hoadley, who is facing two felony charges, will plead not guilty.
After allegedly turning down a plea deal for a misdemeanor charge for “Deprivation of Rights under the Color of Law,” the FBI is now charging Hoadley with two felonies. One charge is for “Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law,” and the other is for “Destruction, Alteration, or Falsification of Records in Federal Investigations.”
Idaho Dispatch reached out to Peterson to ask if his client had a statement on the charges. Here is what Peterson told Idaho Dispatch,

Mr. Hoadley will plead not guilty to both charges at his arraignment.
Hoadley is scheduled to be arraigned on April 19.
