To our supporters and readers, we are excited about the growth of Idaho Dispatch over the last three and a half months.
The response from our readers has been tremendous. Many of you have complimented our efforts to bring you unbiased and balanced political news.
We believe that there is a major appetite in the state of Idaho and around the country for news as it was supposed to be.
With that in mind, the election is just around the corner, and we wanted to do an election-night Facebook live stream for our readers.
We will be covering the presidential election as well as the congressional results. That coverage will not be the biggest focus of our live stream.
Our main priority will be to cover races in Idaho such as state legislative races and congressional races.
Additionally, there are some specific county races and other “local” races that many people have expressed interest in that we will try and follow as well.
How can you watch the live stream with us?
The first thing you can do is be sure to follow the Facebook page by “Liking” it and then selecting “See First” so you are notified when we go live.
There is also a Facebook event link that you can also follow to help keep track of any changes to our plans. That link can be found here.
Our current plan is to start at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time and go at least until midnight on November 3rd.
Facebook does have a four-hour time limit so we will have at least two streams that evening. We hope you will take time on election night to hear our discussion about the election results with no bias.
