Interview: Substitute Legislator Rep. Zach Brooks (R-District 11)

Every now and then a legislator will leave for an extended period of time.

During that time (three days or more) a “substitute” or “fill in” will take the place of that legislator who left. Substitute legislators can do anything a normal legislator can.

In this interview, we sat down with Rep. Zach Brooks (R-District 11, Seat B) who is filling in for Rep. Tammy Nichols.
