Idaho Supreme Court Puts ‘Stay’ on Idaho’s New Abortion Law

By • April 9, 2022

The Idaho Supreme Court has put a “stay” on Idaho’s new law which bans most abortions after six weeks of pregnancy.

Planned Parenthood is suing to stop the new law from taking effect. The law would allow family members of the aborted baby to sue abortion providers for at least $20,000.

The law was originally going to take effect on April 22. Idaho’s Attorney General’s office has until April 28 to file the state’s response to Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit.

You can read the full order from the ISC here.

  1. Idaho’s Supreme Court is OK with Killing Babies and Indoctrination of our Children by way of State Schooling. The US Supreme Court had nothing on them boy.

      1. Yes he is. Raul
        Labrador Needs in now !

Stop Abortions and stop child regender surgeries Now !

  2. Planned Parenthood has once again shown that it has no plan for parenthood…evil organization through and through who’s sole purpose, in spite of their stated (ad nauseum) intentions and is to profit from the murder of the unborn.

    Life begins at conception…period.

  3. Idaho won’t protect its citizens from forced vaccination but pretends to care about babies by allowing you to sue a doctor! Yeah, let’s force the mother to carry those babies and then allow the private corporation to have its way with our kids! F the hypocrisy.

    1. Indeed.

Over 4000 Women have now lost their baby due to the Covid Vaccine in the USA; this is a 16,633% increase on the number of Fetus deaths caused by the Flu Jabs since 1990.

If they can’t get their pro-abortion laws, they kill the fetuses in other ways.

      1. They’re jabbing live kids. Give that a little effort before you spend all of your energy on those that haven’t even been conceived. That is the hypocrisy I’m referring to. It’s crickets for what they’ve already done .

  4. Many women say “My body, my choice”, but it’s not their body that is being murdered. With all of the ways to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, and they still get pregnant, they have made their choice. It’s sad to see many women that want a baby and can’t get pregnant watch other women “flush” their babies down the toilet.

    1. What gets me is “ My body my choice” what happened to that with the COVID vaccination? I can bet the same ones saying that probably got the vaccine not practicing My body my choice. I’m sorry but our ovaries don’t mean nothing without a male body parts, unless you were artificially inseminated, why do they feel it’s their right. Be careful you ladies you will be judged for something you are well aware is wrong! If it’s not wrong, why weren’t you aborted. Condoms men, birth control ladies, ADOPTION PEOPLE!

  5. I’m not a lawyer, but the court has no business overruling or issuing a stay on laws passed by the legislature. I believe that what the Idaho Supreme Court is doing is not within their right. They must pass judgement on cases brought up that violate the law, but not delay it’s implementation. This is not their right or responsibility. Our courts both at the state level and the federal level don’t seem to understand this point very well.

    1. Idaho needs to be transparent with it’s judicial nominees and incumbents. Until there is a track record in writing for the voter to read before voting, many of us refuse to vote. Many of these Idaho Supreme Court Justices would not be on the bench if transparency was required. Unless by way of a friend, a neighbor, word of mouth, who knows what these clowns stand for???

  6. Abortion is an evil that we can read about in the Bible, the idolaters would offer their babies to the false gods by rolling them down into the fire. So wicked, this will bring about judgement on our nation sooner than anything else.

  7. Wasden sat back and did nothing as usual. I’m new to this state and I’ve heard this. The path of least resistance is to do nothing. 30 years he needed to go.
