Breaking: Caldwell Lt. Joey Hoadley ‘Plea Agreement Hearing’ and Arraignment Set for Next Thursday
By Greg Pruett • March 25, 2022Caldwell Police Department Lt. Joey Hoadley’s arraignment is scheduled for next Thursday, March 31.
According to the U.S. District Court calendar, the hearing is a “plea agreement” hearing. However, it is unclear from the calendar what Hoadley has pleaded to.
Hoadley was one of two members of the Caldwell Police Department that Idaho Dispatch confirmed as part of an ongoing investigation with both the FBI and possibly the ISP. It is unclear what role the ISP has in Hoadley’s investigation, but Idaho Dispatch confirmed that Hoadley and former Sgt. Ryan Bendewald is part of an ISP investigation, but it is not clear yet what the ISP is doing.
Hoadley will appear before Judge Raymond Patricco at 10:00 a.m. in Boise.
