Press Release: Take a Stand Now Sends Vaccine Mandate Cease-and-Desist Letter to Hospitals, Primary Health, and Idaho’s Elected Leadership

Take a Stand Now (TASN) sent a cease-and-desist letter to the CEOs of St. Al’s, St. Luke’s and Primary Health as well as Idaho’s elected leadership regarding vaccine mandates.
“Our members have given us clear direction and generous support to begin the legal actions necessary to stop the hospital systems and Primary Health from forcing employees and contractors to either take the vaccine or get fired. The cease-and-desist letter lays out the rationale and spells out the next legal steps that will be taken if the mandates continue,” said Victoria Stump, spokesperson for TASN.
AdvertisementAccording to the letter TASN “is serious regarding its intent to seek declaratory relief, injunctive relief, and monetary damages if forced to pursue such remedies.”
The letter goes on to outline several legal reasons these corporate medical groups cannot legally mandate an emergency vaccine, labeled product, and “explicitly recognizes that persons presented with the ‘unapproved product’ should be given the option to accept or refuse administration of the product”.
“We will not back down. TASN will represent those that are being oppressed by these corporate entities,” Stump added.
AdvertisementIdaho elected leadership that also received the letter included Governor Brad Little, Lt. Governor Janice McGeachin, House Speaker Scott Bedke, and Senate Majority Leader Kelly Anthon.

Questions for TASN:
1.) Is there a mass effort being organized for a Class Action Lawsuit for anyone that refuses these unconstitutional mandates and then gets fired?
2.) Is there an effort to organize Medical Staff, Nurses and Doctors, that are threatened by this, to organize and establish a few completely Independent Health Care facilities were We The People can receive actually health care and guidance, pay independently, have happy/caring medical professionals and free the system up/bypass the various health care bureaucracies?

I am so happy some group is fighting for our Constitutional rights. This is a ploy to infect Americans with an experimental substance that no one knows what is in it. Why the big push? Does it have properties that will make us all compliant or kill us off for the Chinese take over? Americans stand your ground this is the straw that broke the camels back.
