Nationwide “No Kings” Protest Includes 12 Idaho Locations in Anti-Trump Demonstration

What’s Happening: A group called No Kings is planning protests and asking volunteers to organize demonstrations in their towns. The group says they are doing the protest because,
“They’ve defied our courts, deported Americans, disappeared people off the streets, attacked our civil rights, and slashed our services. The corruption has gone too. far. No thrones. No crowns. No kings.”

Here are the Idaho cities, according to the No Kings website, that are planning to protest on Saturday:
Boise (at the capitol), Coeur d’Alene, Driggs, Hailey, Idaho Falls, Lewiston, Moscow, Nampa, Pocatello, Salmon, Sandpoint, Silver Valley, Twin Falls
Digging Deeper: The No Kings website lists dozens of partners that are part of their effort, including the ACLU, Planned Parenthood Act, Bernie Sanders, Dem List, DemCast, and numerous other leftist individuals and organizations.
The American Federation of Teachers’ President, Randi Weingarten, is also part of the movement.

It is disheartening to hear the vitriol and one-size-fits-all rhetoric. There’s a basic idea that Americans really hold dear. And that’s that a diversity of opinion is healthy. A place where there is only one approved opinion sounds like North Korea, Russia, Red China, and other dictatorial regimes. I think you’re taking this too personally. This is not about you. This is about our country. Our rules, our laws, our ethics, and our people. To live in a society where masked men are grabbing people off the street and sending them hundreds or thousands of miles away, it’s not something to be celebrated. It’s frightening. To have the White House send the Marines and the National Guard in to California when the governor said that he did not want them, nor did he need them, is frightening. To unceremoniously and thoughtlessly fire hundreds and thousands of good people just to pay for the tax cuts for the country’s most wealthy, is frightening. To hear daily threats, name calling, debasing comments from Trump against anyone who dares to criticize him is frightening. Trump is so far over his authority that he has become a de facto dictator. We cannot stand by and let our country fall into dictatorship. This is not about California. This is not about liberals. Everyone who is against Trump is not a monster. This is NOT peaceful protesting. It is potentially violent RIOTING. The citizenry needs to stay completely away and let TRAINED and ARMED LEO, NG, Military do what needs to be done without the public getting in the way. Those guys are TRAINED and EXPERIENCED in crowd control and will work together as a unit. Toss in outside elements, takes their energy and resources away from the job at hand.

Most of Idaho are for President Trump. This group has to made up of mostly people that moved into Idaho to try and turn her blue. These people need to go back to California or any other blue state they came from. We the People of the Great State of Idaho stand with President Trump and his Administration. They have been doing what the People have asked them to do. Nice to have an Administration who listens to the people and is the voice of the people.

My president is better than your president. When my president (who promises whatever I want to hear) is in office I am going to let him rule SO hard. It’s going to be great. Whatever my president does, I am going to cheer. I hope he rules so hard that he sends people with guns and pensions against the other side. When my president isn’t in office, I will complain that your president is sending guys with guns and pensions against me.

We are Americans. We support peaceful protests even by mentally ill paid to protest commies. Throw a brick or damage property and receive the consequences of your actions. Idaho is no California.
I assume that the “protest” in CDA (and possibly Sandpoint) will be attended by most of the same locals who stood by happily armed and watched ANTIFA walk through downtown CDA a few years ago. There were a few local “militias” and others prepared for anything but doing nothing to stop a PEACEFUL event. They made certain businesses and customers were left alone and MOST of the businesses appreciated it. LEO’s were pre-notified also (the local PD chief didn’t believe the event was really going to happen). A few protestors managed to make it through the town, the remainder bypassed the area when they realized they would not be able to do to us what they did the night before in Spokane.
Get distracted by what they tell you to get distracted by. Meanwhile, Trump (nor biden or any president) is stopping the digital currency prison coming soon. The income tax will be eliminated only after programmable currency is implemented.

As someone who saw first hand what happened in 2020 to the town of La Mesa, we don’t hate enough members of the local media that are trying to stir up trouble. In the main Caldwell Group, a reporter from KTVB reached out to a semi local agitator who is constantly trying to rile people up.
Idaho Dispatch is the only source actually warning people. I can tell you from experience, it will start small. Maybe 50 blue haired liberals and their kids who have been forced to come, then the busses full of people paid to destroy take over about 90 minutes into it. What starts with a bunch of whiny liberals gets taken over by these paid Antifa agitators and the like.
They will destroy the downtowns we’ve all worked hard to sponsor, and reinvigorate. If I owned a business in any part of Canyon County’s downtown, I’d be boarding up windows and coming up with a plan to close for the safety of my staff. I’d also be transporting any true valuable merchandise somewhere else.
