Labrador Joins Letter Telling Big Companies to Abandon DEI Programs

By • April 22, 2025

Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador is joining 14 other AGs from across the country to urge some of the nation’s biggest companies to abandon DEI policies that harm America.

What’s Happening: Over the last four years, many companies have shifted away from implementing unfair “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” practices. DEI policies have mainly been rejected by Americans who want companies to focus on quality goods and services.

Americans have grown tired of the woke agenda, and states, such as Idaho, have demanded that such policies be removed from universities and other government-controlled agencies.

Digging Deeper: The letter Labrador signed onto was sent to the Business Roundtable, with over 200 CEOs in its membership.

Labrador stated in a press release,

“Corporations have an obligation to focus on creating value for their shareholders. When that duty is replaced with race-based hiring and DEI mandates, it raises serious legal concerns under state and federal law. These companies should return to merit-based practices and sound business judgment. The American people want a return to fairness—where individuals are judged by their abilities, not their immutable characteristics.”

  1. We hope Idaho companies will heed the message. This includes J.R. Simplot (https://media.simplot.digital/sustainability/people/engagement) and Micron (https://www.micron.com/about/blog/company/community/celebrating-people-progress-micron-annual-dei-report).

Note that Robby Starbuck has been instrumental in shutting down DEI at a host of big companies, including: Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Lowe’s, Ford, Coors, Stanley Black & Decker, Dewalt, Craftsman, Caterpillar, Toyota & Lexus, Boeing, Walmart, Nissan, McDonald’s, Meta, Target, Booz-Allen-Hamilton, Pepsi & Related Brands, AT&T, IBM, and Constellation Brands (beer!).

Do you know of an organization that Starbuck should interview about their DEI policies?
Please provide a list of EliminateDEI candidates to Robby Starbuck at EliminateDEI@protonmail.com. Perhaps he will put your list of woke organizations in his NO-DEI cross hairs.

    1. Only the useless libbys aren’t asking for this, the rest of grown up America wants this shit gone. Sorry to burst your bubble there little libby.

      1. Clem proving there’s nothing softer than an Idaho Culture Warrior.

I just checked and…..the flag is still flying! That’s got to get your gears a grinding!
