Breaking: Labrador Slams Sanders and AOC, Declares Idaho Wants None of Their Policies
By Greg Pruett • April 14, 2025Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador blasted today’s Idaho visit by U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortes (D-NY).
What’s Happening: Sanders and AOC are expected to speak in Nampa today at the For Idaho Center for their “Fighting Oligarchy” tour. Sanders and AOC intend to talk about what they say is the corporate takeover of America.
Labrador said in a statement to Idaho Dispatch about the visit:
“Self-described socialists Bernie Sanders and AOC are visiting Idaho today. What they won’t mention is what their policies have produced in other states: high crime, radical gender ideology in schools, and attacks on the Second Amendment and parental rights. Idaho is thriving because we reject their agenda and stand for freedom, families, and the rule of law.”
Digging Deeper: Protesters are expected at the event. Old State Saloon has called and asked 20,000 people to join them in protesting the visit by Sanders and AOC. The protest will occur at 1:30 p.m.
The Sanders/AOC event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and is free to the public. Doors open 90 minutes before the event starts.

I do agree but, I think our best response is not stooping to POTUS level and name calling. We are better than that. Organize, Volunteer, Run for Office, Vote Them Out. Save Our Democracy and Constitution.
