‘Blue in Her Hair’ Suspect Identified by Meridian P.D. in Cybertruck Vandalism Case
By Greg Pruett • June 8, 2025The Meridian Police Department said they have identified a suspect who caused $500 worth of damage when she allegedly used lipstick to damage a Tesla Cybertruck.
MPD previously said that a woman with “blue in her hair” and driving a red sedan was a suspect in the case. A motive for the attack has not been identified, but Tesla vehicles and dealerships have been vandalized in large numbers because of Elon Musk’s support of President Donald Trump.
On MPD’s Facebook page, they posted the following message, but did not name the suspect in the post, saying,
“6/6/25 3:33PM UPDATE: The suspect has been identified. We appreciate the community’s assistance in this case.
Can You Help Identify This Suspect?
On June 4, a woman caused $500 in damage to a Tesla Cybertruck by drawing on it with lipstick in Meridian. She was seen driving a red sedan and had blue in her hair.

I have observed my spouse hundreds of times of our years of marriage applying lipstick to her lips. Never have I seen any “damage” from this. Perhaps I’m being naive in this, but could someone enlighten me as to how lipstick could “damage” a vehicle, electric or otherwise?
Other than the vehicle’s clear coat, or the paint itself I guess I just don’t understand how this could be anything other than a misdemeanor…and the punishment would be likely insufficient to discourage the same type of repeated behavior.
Exactly, I think the $500 was just thrown out there to trigger a minimum limit for arrest. Below that amount, police generally won’t start an investigation.
the paint job on teslas are notoriously horrible. Her lipstick probably requires a full new paint job. $500 should more than cover it lol
All I have to do is take one look at her and note how hideous she is, which explains her vile behavior.
